These fire pits are each custom made-to-order for each customer's specific needs and typically ship within 4-5 business days.

Depending on the specific item and location being shipped to, delivery is then typically within 3-5 business days, thereafter, in the lower 48 United States.

* We typically ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS and/or Fedex.

* Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

* We will notify you of any changes in the anticipated ship date.

* We have no influence over carrier's operations and we cannot make a package within their system move any quicker.

Returns:

All items are custom made-to-order. As such, there are no returns offered, however any issues with a units function can be handled through the generous 10 year warranty.

All components are warranted for a period of 10 years after the date of purchase by the original owner.

Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.

Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art. All though we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit. Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user.

Although it may rust the fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the framework is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art.

Fire Pit Art® fire pits are created from one quarter inch ( 6.35 mm) thick steel. This is by far the heaviest gauge metal used in any fire pit available today. The sturdy construction assures you of having this functional art for many years to come.

They have an iron oxide patina on the outside which will darken a little with time then become permanent.

The inside is coated with a high temperature resistant paint and has a rain drain in the bottom.
