Overview
The Outdoor/Indoor Sideline® was developed expressly for our customers, who have consistently asked for an outdoor electric fireplace solution. The Outdoor is designed for use on a porch or patio, with a unique blue and orange flame combination, where each color can be used separately or together. This wall-mounted fireplace is designed for hanging on brick, stone or siding. Unlike our standard fireplaces, this unit has no heat option but is designed for reliable outdoor use. Don't let the "Outdoor" in the name stop you from using this fireplace inside the home.
The quality of the frame and flame make this ideal for indoor setting as well. This outdoor electric fireplace is perfect for the porch or poolside. Realistic Flame
The Outdoor Sideline® Electric Fireplace is the first fireplace with dual color flames. The base colors are blue and orange, and they have a third flame setting where they are combined, creating an even more realistic flame. With five (5) flame settings and three (3) flame colors, you have 15 possible flame settings.
The top setting is a roaring flame, and the bottom setting is a peaceful ember, all controllable from the included remote control. So many of fireplace customers see our fireplaces at tradeshows and are hesitant to touch the front glass panel. The flame set is so realistic that many think its a gas flame. Mounting and Use
The Outdoor Sideline® is designed for wall mounting and can be hung on brick, stone, and stucco with the proper mounting screws (please note you will need to supply any specialty hardware required for specific walls). Installation instructions are included with the unit and are clear and easy to understand. The Outdoor Sideline's easily mountable bracket is included and once it has been mounted on your wall, all you need to do is hang and secure your fireplace with the included screws.

Returns:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify us immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Little Fireplace Shop will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing our Customer Service at sales@littlefireplaceshop.com.
Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to the manufacturer. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While LittleFireplaceShop.com includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to the manufacturer, as well as the original shipping costs from LittleFireplaceShop.com to the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of items without the original box and foams will be denied. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
Touchstone Home Products, Inc. ("Touchstone") warrants that its fireplaces and all mechanical parts related thereto (Product) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall be suitable for form, fit and function for one year from the date of purchase.
