The Touchstone Sideline Elite® Electric Fireplace was designed to improve upon our popular Sideline series by adding more colors, more features, and less frame around the fireplace.
The Sideline® Elite delivers the beauty of a fireplace without the fire and smokey smell. The Sideline® Elite has 2 heat settings (high and low) with a thermostat and will heat a room up to 400 sq. ft. Also, the fireplace's flame can be used without the heating feature. The Sideline® 100 Elite is easy to install and comes with simple and understandable instructions.
Realistic Flame with both log & crystal hearth
The heart of the electric fireplaces is our exclusive, realistic flame. The flames are so natural-looking, your friends will be nervous to touch the glass. The Sideline® 100 gives you 5 flame settings, from a quiet ember to a raging blaze, all of which can be controlled from the remote control or from the control panel on the face of the fireplace. Multiple flame colors
To create the cozy atmosphere of a traditional fireplace, this electronic unit emits authentic-looking flames that emulate a real fire. The flames that The Home Products™ fireplaces create are natural enough to have friends and family think you own a traditional wood burning fireplace.
This fireplace has three color-changing options (orange, blue, and blue-orange), along with five settings, from a soft ember glow or an intense blaze. The lighting and heating options of this fireplace offer you the ability to customize your atmosphere to your liking. With both its look and performance, The Sideline® gives you the total package. Yes, it does heat your room
Sure it looks great, but The Sideline® 100 will help heat your room. We don't recommend The Sideline® 100 as your primary heat source, but it can heat a room up to 400 square feet in space with a heater that delivers 5100 BTUs.
It's perfect for taking the edge off a cool evening in the fall, or for giving your room a little more cozy warmth on a frosty winter night. Of course, The Sideline® 100 can also be operated without the heat on, with just the light of the fireplace operational. It's your choice and The Sideline® 100 wall-mounted fireplace makes it easy.

Mounting and Use
The Sideline® 100 electric is designed for recessed placement in your wall, but it can be hung on the wall as well. Instructions for mounting and install come with the fireplace, and we recommend you follow the simple instructions provided. We do recommend placing The Sideline® 100 at least 6" above a floor or 12" below your mounted flat screen TV because of its heating feature.

Returns:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify us immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Little Fireplace Shop will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing our Customer Service at sales@littlefireplaceshop.com.
Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to the manufacturer. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While LittleFireplaceShop.com includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to the manufacturer, as well as the original shipping costs from LittleFireplaceShop.com to the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of items without the original box and foams will be denied. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
