Overview
The Ingleside is another product developed in response to many customer requests. Customers love the industry leading smokeless flame and often ask about an option for replacing a current gas logset or wood fireplace.
Creating the Ingleside to meet those requirements, with a realistic flame with 5 flame settings, additional heat for up to 400 square feet, and a design that will work with fireplace openings of over 28 " wide and 24 " high. The 3" frame covers all seams between the fireplace and your hearth for a perfect installation every time.
Like all the fireplaces, the Ingleside can be used all year long, with or without heat. The advanced technology includes built-in technology to eliminate overheating. The included remote lets you control the 5 flame settings and 2 heat settings independently, right from your favorite chair.

The most realistic flame available
The flame technology is simply the best available in electric fireplaces. No other LED flames look so real, burn so brightly or have the realistic flicker of a real flame. Placed in the center of your hearth, the Ingleside electric fireplace will deliver the same comfort and relaxation as a gas or wood fire, without the mess. The flame has 5 settings, from a relaxing low light ember for quiet nights, to a full raging fire that's perfect for a chilly night.

The Ingleside will warm up a room up to 400 square feet, with forced air heat that takes the chill out of room quickly. The included the remote lets you control the heat and flame from anywhere in the room. The Ingleside gives you the option of using the built-in timer to control the heat setting for a duration up to 7.5 hours.
Placement and Use
The Ingleside comes in two parts, the firebox and the frame. The Ingleside firebox has four rubber feet to sit nicely and evenly on the base of your current fireplace. Just place the firebox right into your current hearth, and then attach the frame to help mask the break between the firebox and your hearth. No special hardware required - simply find the closest outlet and plug in the Ingleside.

Returns:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify us immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Little Fireplace Shop will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing our Customer Service at sales@littlefireplaceshop.com.
Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to the manufacturer. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While LittleFireplaceShop.com includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to the manufacturer, as well as the original shipping costs from LittleFireplaceShop.com to the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of items without the original box and foams will be denied. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
Touchstone Home Products, Inc. ("Touchstone") warrants that its fireplaces and all mechanical parts related thereto (Product) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall be suitable for form, fit and function for one year from the date of purchase.
