Overview
The patented Whisper Lift® II is the culmination of over 7 years of the research and design by our expert mechanical engineers. This lift is constructed from durable steel for unmatched strength and stability and is powered by our whisper quiet 24V motor. The Whisper Lift® II is equipped to provide the power and durability you need in your TV lift mechanism.
The Whisper Lift® II measures 32.5" H x 10" W x 7" D (including brackets that connect to back of TV) and lifts to a full height of 68.5" in under 30 seconds. Designed to fit flat screen TV's up to 65", this lift holds televisions up to 100 lbs, with a lift capacity of 120 lbs.
The Universal Quick Connect system makes it easy to install any flat screen TV in just minutes. A universal hardware kit comes with each TV lift kit which includes bolts and machine screws to accommodate most brands and models of flat screen TVs.
The Whisper Lift® II features a unique mounting mechanism which fastens your flat screen TV to the Quick Connect Bracket for guaranteed safety and security. While most Whisper Lifts® are installed within our TV Lift Cabinets to lift your flat screen upward, these lifts can also be mounted to your ceiling or wall and drop your flat screen downward, as shown here.
The Whisper Lift® II operates by using a single piston actuator in an enclosed system for completely safe operation with virtually zero wear and tear. The steel external casing of the lift provides added protection for the lift internal parts, which keeps it clean and free of dirt and any debris.

The add-on component shelf attaches to the TV lift system directly below the flat screen TV and raises or lowers into the cabinet along with your TV when remotely activated.
The shelf provides an area of 16" W x 9" D on both the left and right side to fit a wide variety of multimedia components.

Returns:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify us immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Little Fireplace Shop will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing our Customer Service at sales@littlefireplaceshop.com.
Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to the manufacturer. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While LittleFireplaceShop.com includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to the manufacturer, as well as the original shipping costs from LittleFireplaceShop.com to the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of items without the original box and foams will be denied. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
