Overview
The SRV 3900 Pro by Touchstone™ brings professional features to a TV lift at a shockingly affordable price. The SRV 3900 Pro TV lift mechanism includes a flat-top lid mount for flush counter installs. The included flat top lid mount is 17 3/4 x 4 5/16 inches. Also included is Touchtone’s unique “C” bracket, which makes setting the perfect height for your flat screen lift a breeze. The “C” bracket gives you an extra 5 inches of additional height adjustment between the top if the lift and your counter or cabinet top. The wired remote has a visual display so you know precisely how high the lift is raised. The soft start and stop features provide for a smooth operation throughout the entire raising and lowering process. The safety stop helps keep you, your family, guests, or clients protected by detecting a change in force during the lifting or lowering process and automatically reversing direction.
The SRV 3900 Pro measures 32 1/4" H x 7" W x 7" D (including brackets that connect to back of TV) and lifts to a full height of 71 1/4" in seconds. Designed to fit flat screen TVs up to 70", the SRV 3900 Pro has a lift capacity of up to 175 lb.
Touchstone's Universal Quick Connect system makes it easy to install any flat screen TV in just minutes. A universal hardware kit comes with each TV lift kit which includes bolts and machine screws to accommodate most brands and models of flat screen TVs. The bracket will lock your TV in place to ensure that it will not slide on the lift.

Returns:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify us immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Little Fireplace Shop will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing our Customer Service at sales@littlefireplaceshop.com.
Please make sure the Return Authorization number is written on the outside of the box you send back to the manufacturer. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be refused and refund will not be issued.
While LittleFireplaceShop.com includes Free Ground Shipping on all fireplace units at no extra charge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the fireplace back to the manufacturer, as well as the original shipping costs from LittleFireplaceShop.com to the customer.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns of items without the original box and foams will be denied. Returns/Exchanges received more than 30 days after we have issued you a return authorization will be denied and not refunded.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
